Calcasieu, the new private event facility by James Beard Award-winning chef, Donald Link in the Warehouse district is now open! Conveniently located just two blocks from the Convention Center, Calcasieu combines a New Orleans Warehouse feel with modern design, creating a perfect backdrop for any type of gathering. In the style of Chef Link's established restaurants Herbsaint and Cochon, Calcasieu showcases contemporary Louisiana cuisine, eclectic wines and excellent service. Calcasieu offers multiple menu options for seated lunches and dinners as well as a creative assortment of hors d'oeuvres. The full-service banquet facility also hosts buffets, brunches or large receptions.
